4. Payment Terms

Late payments may result in service suspension. We'll notify you before taking action, but consistent non-payment terminates your account.

5. Intellectual Property

Our platform, software, logos, and content remain our property. You get a license to use them for your casino operations - nothing more.

You can't:

• Resell or redistribute our software
• Reverse engineer our platform
• Remove our branding without white-label agreements
• Copy our proprietary tools or processes

6. Service Modifications

We continuously improve our platform. That means features may change, get added, or occasionally get retired. We'll notify you of major changes that affect your operations.

Critical updates (security, compliance) may happen without advance notice. That's standard in regulated industries.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide tools and support, but we're not liable for:

• Player disputes with your casino
• Revenue losses from market conditions

Our liability caps at the fees you paid in the 12 months before any claim.

8. Termination

Either party can terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you:

Upon termination, you get 30 days to export your data. After that, we're not responsible for data retention.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, regardless of where you operate your casino. Any disputes go to arbitration in Delaware before litigation.
